Claus Preisinger has created yet another rich and aromatic Pet Nat with a bright floral and red fruit aroma. Raspberries, red cherries, and wild strawberries burst onto the palate as if they had just been gathered from the garden. With hints of dried herbs and stunning bubbles, this is anything but ordinary. Ordinaire 2022 has undergone full carbonic maceration and is a 90/10 mix of Pinot Noir and Blaufrankisch.
