The Schodls are a winemaking family to keep an eye on. The wines are already showing well ahead of their age, with 2022 being their third vintage of natural wines. Biodynamic farming practices are used in the Schodl vineyards, with a growing herd of sheep serving as their primary weed control. This wine, which is a 50/50 mix of Pinot Noir and St. Laurent, has stunning colour - so bright in fact that the colour lead to its Supernova name. This one is jam-packed with strawberry, crisp acidity, and lively minerality, and it's definitely not one to miss out on.
