Bott Frigyes Kekfrankos

Grapes: Kekfrankos (Blaufrankisch)
Made using the Hamburger method (stomped whole clusters layered with intact whole cluster grapes), Bott Frigyes' Kekfrankos has a semi-carbonic maceration. This allows the fruity notes to be extracted from the grapes while also softening some of the tannins. Expect this wine to be filled with fresh blackberry, pine, and spice, along with some fantastic acidity.
