For Maria and Alexander Koppitsch, Pretty Nats is a labour of love. As they don't use any artificial form of temperature control and rely solely on the weather for proper bottling circumstances, this Pet Nat is a 24-hour operation. In September 2021, all of the wine was hand-bottled, where it remained until the temperature dropped in January. Pretty Nats was disgorged by Alex himself after three days of chilling outside. Pretty Nats is fruity and intense, with notes of raspberry, strawberry, and pomegranate. This is a great one for the summer, but Maria and Alex hoped for this Pet Nat to be enjoyed throughout the year - which is why they designed four different labels, each depicting Lake Neusiedl in a different season.
