Working as a ski instructor prior to making wine, Cyrille Vuillod made the switch purely due to his enjoyment of wine. Cyrille only produces wines made from Gamay, and when using carbonic maceration (a winemaking technique synonymous with Beaujolais) he goes all in. Gamay sans Frontieres undergoes 8 days of carbonic maceration, bringing out all of the fruit characteristics of Gamay. This one is a bit wild, with notes of raspberry, spice, and earthiness. Like with other Gamay's, this is best served chilled.
