Apples: Bittersweet Cider
Tamoshanta started life as keeved cider, before being decanted into Scotch whisky barrels on Burns Night. This has given the cider a silky, smoky vanilla tannin. With no added sugar, keeving gives the cider a natural sweetness. This cider is light, fruity, and medium sweet, and pairs especially well with Somerset Cheddar.
