The first winemaker in his family, Lori Haon of Domaine du Petit Oratoire, farms 24 hectares of organically certified vines. Jajatoes is surprisingly fresh, especially for its Mediterranean terroir. With its stunning cloudy lemon colour, and a burst of citrus acidity and apple on the palate, this bottle will be finished before you know it.
