Returns & Refunds

Prost Wines offers a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order. If you change your mind about a purchase, please reach out to us at info@prostwines.com with your order number and the details of the bottle(s) you would like to return.

To be eligible for a return, bottles must be unopened, sealed, and in resellable condition. Please note that return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Damaged in Transit

While extremely rare, shipping accidents do happen. If your wine arrives damaged or broken, please contact us at info@prostwines.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged package and bottles. We will happily resolve the issue, offering a refund, issuing store credit, or sending a replacement bottle, whichever you prefer!

Faulty Bottles & Cork Taint

Unfortunately, corked bottles do occur at times. If you believe one of your bottles is corked, please take a photo of the labels and the cork (clearly showing the lot number) and email us at info@prostwines.com. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Due to the perishable nature of wine and its susceptibility to environmental factors like heat and light damage after it leaves our facility, we cannot accept returns for faulty wine (other than verified cork taint) after 30 days from the delivery date.
