Indomiti Vini, run by Simone Ambrosini, is a relatively new winery, having only been established in 2018. Indomiti, although young, is producing some stellar wines with some rare grape varieties. Oppla is a fresh and unpretentious Frizzante that is fruity and invigorating. A perfect way to start a dinner party, or any party for that matter.
