Part of the ‘Discoveries from the Winery’ series, Mon Blanc is an exploration into the flavours and diversity of white wine. All of the grape varieties come from high-altitude vineyards and spend two weeks macerating on their skins. Mon Blanc is exciting, refreshing and tart. The wine is filled with lemon zest, peaches and florality, with the perfect amount of texture coming from two weeks of skin contact. This wine is naturally cloudy, unfiltered and unfined. Before opening, gently tip the bottle upside down and back again.
