Martin is the first winemaker in his family, farming 20 hectares biodynamically. Scattered among his vines you can find bee hotels and stunning biodiversity of flora and fauna. The focus of his MO: line of wines is clean, elegant fruit with fresh acidity and low alcohol, perfect for enjoying with friends. Clean and crisp minerals, an exciting flinty nose, and vibrant acidity make this a wine fit for any occasion. This wine is unfiltered, unfined, and has just a touch of added sulfur.
