Muscat, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc were all spontaneously mash-fermented to create Free + Wild Lockvogel. Unfiltered and unfined, it is light, fruity, and easy to fall in love with, making it the perfect entry point for those who haven't tried this style of wine before. This wine has flavours of tropical fruits like lychee and grapefruit that make us think of sunny days and strolls along the beach. Strong minerality gives the wine a backbone, while crisp and fresh acidity balances everything out. Any type of Thai food pairs perfectly with Lockvogel.
