Milan Nestarec offers Nach in an effort to revive the typical, luscious Moravian red wines of the past. Blaufrankisch, Modr Portugal (Blauer Portugieser), and Pinot Noir are combined to create Nach 2021. Nach is currently drinking beautifully, with a fruity flavour and a gentle acidity. Milan jokes that he particularly made this wine to drink with his neighbours. It was created to be enjoyed by both natural wine enthusiasts and those who are new to it. Nach features flavours of cassis and blackberry and is elegant and herbaceous.
