Bel is a combination of three local grape varieties, none of which overripen easily. This leads to a light, easy-drinking, everyday wine. To keep Bel approachable, it has a small dose of sulfur added, which contributes to its easy character. Low ABV, elegant aromatics, and great acidity. Add to that the 1L bottle and you've got a great night in the making!
