In response to the hard frosts of 2017, Olivier Cohen created a new series of wines called Déferlante. These wines are a collaborative effort, with Olivier sourcing grapes from his friends. Déferlante Rose pours as a dark, almost red, rose which mixes both red and white grapes into one amazing wine. Refreshing with a slight bit of spice, this is one to chill a bit and enjoy.
