This is Pilton’s second series in their extremely popular ‘In Touch’ line. A cider that blends borders, In Touch, started out as a keeved cider in which the skins of Bacchus grapes were allowed to soak for 3 weeks. The skins were then removed, and the cider aged for 6 months. Before bottling, new season keeved cider was blended into the mix.
