Weingut Rosi Schuster was formed in 1979 in the town of Sankt Margarethen by Rosi and Franz Schuster. Today, the winery is owned by their son, Hannes Schuster, who made the switch to organic cultivation. Hannes has long been fond of Austro-Hungarian varietals and began boosting his output of old-vine Furmint. This single varietal Furmint is a great example of the varietal. A dry Furmint with well-balanced acidity and aromas of stone fruits and citrus, this is a wine you don't want to miss.
