Sparkling natural rosé wine created from organic Pinot Noir that combines the best elements of a Pet Nat and traditional sparkling wine, as well as the distinct characteristics of winemaker and technologist Oszkár Maurer’s work. Since the sediment has been removed, the predominant smells of Nikka, which has aged in the bottle for two years, are complex rather than fermentative, with vibrant smooth bubbles and fruit aromas of cherry, raspberries, and rosehips. Nikka is a playful wine while still showcasing complexity and structure.

Each bottle is numbered, and only 846 bottles have been produced.
