S/O is a medium-bodied macerated amber wine with minerality and citrusy zest that is ideal for both experienced and novice orange wine drinkers. The wine starts out with a robust and complex aroma of apricots, dry flowers, honey, and spice, before gradually revealing notes of peach, lychee, rose petal, and bitter yellow flowers. The finish is strong, smokey, and has a spicy, nutty aftertaste. S/O works well with both food and as a special treat savoured on its own. Serve chilled. We like to let it breathe for 15 minutes before drinking.

Each bottle is numbered, and only 1260 bottles have been produced.
