Sfera is a straw-coloured wine with a tiny bit of cloudiness. It has a lovely balance of acidity and subtle dryness against pome fruits and minerality. Delicious, addictive, and thirst-quenching; the aroma of ripe sweet pear and yellow apple transforms into an explosion of summer fruits on your palate, including ripe melon, passion fruit, and lychee.
