100% Gamay. This pure Gamay originates from a single vineyard known as the "Commune de Charentais," and its soils are a combination of clay-limestone and sand-granite. Whole clusters are fully carbonic macerated in a cement tank, then aged in a foudre for nine months. unfiltered and unfined. Added before bottling is 10g/l of SO2.
