Renegado by Uivo is one of our summer favourites, and turning it into a pet nat has only improved it. Made from 20+ grape varietals, PT Nat Renegado is a 50/50 field blend of red and white varietals from old vines. This pet nat pours a light red and is full of forest fruits, effervescent bubbles, and bright acidity. A touch of well-integrated tannins holds it all together. This light red pairs best with either grilled meats or oily fish.
