This Foradori wine is made entirely from biodynamically cultivated Teroldego, a grape grown mostly in Northern Italy. While Teroldego is not a common wine grape, it produces excellent wines with strong fruit flavours despite its dark skin. With notes of cherry, raspberry, and pepper, this wine pairs well with fatty cured meats or a peppery pasta dish.
