Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc are combined to create Anna, which is named for the winemaker's daughter Ondra. Anna has an exotic nose filled with herbal notes on the edges. Due to the grapes remaining on partial skins for three weeks, the palate continues with a pleasant fleshiness. Lip-smackingly delicious and bone dry this is a great valued Pet Nat to get into the world of natural sparkling wines.
