Sylvain Dittiere's grapes are all certified organic, and he takes a minimalist approach to winemaking and ageing; utilising light oak and minimal sulphur. This elegant and refined first vintage is made entirely of Cabernet Franc. Filled with perfectly ripe dark berries (blueberry, blackberry), this is a wine worth savouring. This wine will be beautiful if drunk now, but will also age well and can be cellared for several years.
