Sepp and Maria Muster purposely chose young vines (20 years and under) for their Opok range of wines in order to produce wines with fresher and more youthful aromas. This one is made entirely of Gelber Muskateller and was matured for 20 months in large neutral wooden casks. This wine has been bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with no additional sulphur added. Its exotic flavours and low ABV make it exceptionally tempting. Spicy on the nose, incredibly fresh in the mouth. Expect citrus, flowery, and mineral aromas.
