Petr's ambition with Ambero was to create an amber wine that would have more energy than traditional oxidative orange wines. Pets combines long maceration in a ceramic pot with grape leaves and traditional aging in oak barrels. Seventy percent of the wine is "built" from the Traminer, Welschriesling and Grüner Veltliner. The remaining thirty percent of the wine is made up of Hibernal. The wine is gerat to drink now, or can be aged in bottle for the next 6-8 years. Filled with a citrus punch, lively acid and a savoury finish Ambero pairs excellentlywith Asian cuisine or caramel desserts.
