Crafted in Moravia by Petr Koráb using his philosophy of "controlled doing nothing," Ambero is an incredibly energetic orange wine. It is a unique blend of Traminer, Welschriesling, and Hibernal that undergoes up to 12 months of extended skin contact in ceramic vessels. A portion of the grapes occasionally sees a touch of botrytis, giving the wine a deeply complex, rustic, and beautifully structured character.

In the glass, it delivers a striking balance of freshness and rich texture. Bright floral aromas of jasmine and apricot blossom open up to a vibrant, tropical palate packed with lychee, pineapple, and candied citrus. It features a zippy acidity and supple, tea-like tannins that provide just the right amount of grip, all leading into a long, savoury finish with a hint of warm cardamom. It is a completely captivating bottle full of poise and pleasant surprises.
