A new Pet Nat from Petr, Dark Horse is an easy drinking combo of both red and white varietals. Made in a slightly oxidative style, all of the grapes are fermented and matured separately before being blended. Petr's goal with Dark Horse was to create a wine with a special bitter tone and a unique aromatic profile and he has delivered! Experimental and cheeky the wine is herbal and a definite must try. Dark Horse is unfined, unfiltered and bottled without any additional sulphites!
