A wine that has a devoted following, and for a good reason. It gets its name from the unusual blend of Riesling, Sauv Blanc, Müller Thurgau, and Muscat. The result is a wine that is cloudy, a little fizzy, a little wild, with aromas of flowers and apricot yoghurt, mouth watering acidity, and a particular zestiness that travels from start to finish.
