Grapes: Gamay, Muscaris, Souvignier Gris

All three grape varieties are macerated together in whole bunches in alternating layers, before being aged for 8 months in tanks. the grapes ferment spontaneously with wild yeasts and the wine is unfined, unfiltered, and has no additional sulphites added. This is a great year-round rose hearty enough to stand up to a winter meal. Packed with notes of cherry, grapefruit juice, and a herbal finish this is one you do not want to pass on.
