Orange and mandarin notes leap from the glass alongside subtle smokiness, whilst the palate delivers that perfect Altesse balance of minerality and mouth-watering freshness. There's lovely balanced acidity, a hint of bitterness, and maybe just a touch of sweetness that keeps you coming back for more.

Aged in barrels for at least a year (sometimes taking its sweet time to ferment), this is pure juice at its most natural - no additives, no filtration, just Damien's sensitive touch and that stunning glacial moraine terroir near Lake Geneva.
