Damien's sublime Chasselas masterpiece! This gorgeous white proves that Chasselas can be brilliant in the right hands. Light yellow in the glass, it bursts with citrus, herbs, and stone minerals - a proper expression of those glacial moraine soils near Lake Geneva.

The magic comes from blending Chasselas from three different terroirs around the estate - young vines, lower slopes, and steep sites near the Swiss border. Each plot brings its own character, resulting in something sharp, chiselled, and incredibly mouth-watering. Aged on lees in barrique for 12 months, it's got sublime mineral tension and loads of fresh acidity.

White flowers dance on the palate alongside all that beautiful minerality, creating an edgy, dry wine that's anything but boring. Hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented, and aged with no additives or filtration - just pure Chasselas expression.
