From one of the tiniest estates we work with - just 0.75 hectares near Lake Geneva - comes this delicious juice that punches well above its weight. Damien's background in horticulture and years working with Jura legend Jean-François Ganevat show in every bottle. This fresh, spicy Gamay bursts with red fruits and flowers, offering that perfect balance of freshness and digestibility that makes you want to keep pouring.
Grapes are hand-harvested from vines planted in 1985 on glacial moraine just 500m from Lake Geneva, then treated to semi-carbonic maceration for up to three weeks prior to 12 months ageing in barrique. The name "Ca Boit Libre" is a brilliant play on words - drinking freely and Freedom for Savoie - and this wine embodies that spirit perfectly. Pure, easy-drinking joy from one of the most sensitive vignerons we know.
