Heaven on earth, indeed! Christian Tschida's signature white is pure liquid sunshine from Austria's legendary Leithaberg vineyards - limestone soils so old they've been growing grapes since the 8th century BC. This brilliant cuvée blends Grüner Veltliner with splashes of Sauvignon Blanc and Furmint for the perfect lift.
Think summer rain in a wet field - grapefruit zest, stone fruit, and that gorgeous mineral backbone that only comes from ancient limestone. There's apple skin and herbs on the nose, then a heavenly texture with just the right yeasty touch and tangy acidity. The wine is intensely refreshing and perfectly balanced.
Aged 10 months in large neutral oak, bottled unfiltered with no added sulphur - naturally cloudy and brilliant. Even natural wine beginners won't want to put their glass down.
