This low-intervention Jura Chardonnay is a blend of fruit from three of Didier Grappe’s organic parcels: Novelin, Champs Rouges, and Longefin. The grapes are directly pressed and aged for 20 months in topped-up oak barrels, a process that keeps the wine fresh and protected from oxidation while developing its character. True to Didier’s strict low-intervention philosophy, it is crafted with completely zero additives and no added sulphites.

The wine is elegant, pure, and straightforward, balancing a rich texture with the region's signature electric acidity. It features nicely integrated barrel notes of butterscotch and coconut alongside concentrated flavours of oily lemon curd, bruised orchard pears, and a hint of smoky reduction. Powerful yet clean, this well-balanced Chardonnay is a fantastic match for fish dishes or a cheese board.
