Arthur Bohn brings an experimental edge to his family’s three-century winemaking legacy in Alsace with this lively creation. Grown on the slate soils of the Schieferberg terroir, the wine is made by infusing whole bunches of Pinot Noir for a few days in a blend of Pinot Gris and Riesling juice. Bottled without added sulphur, this clever technique produces an energetic, low-intervention bottle that lets the mineral character of the schist shine through.

Sitting somewhere between a dark rosé and a light red, this lightly coloured wine is packed with sappy wild strawberry, raspberry, fresh cranberry, and griotte cherry notes.
