Since winning the city-led competition to run the property, Marc Soyard has focused on precise, organic farming that reflects his time at the legendary Domaine Bizot. This specific cuvée is treated with extra care, spending at least 18 months ageing in a combination of new and seasoned barrels. It is a sophisticated example of how much tension and energy can be found in this unique terroir on the edge of Dijon.

The 2022 vintage hits the ground running with a rich and plush nose balanced by a steely brightness. You will find layers of citrus zest and white flowers alongside a hint of flint and struck match. On the palate, it is remarkably precise, showing a beautiful balance between mineral tension and a rounded, buttery texture. The finish is long and crystalline, leaving behind notes of saline acidity and tangerine. It is a very classy bottle that pairs perfectly with scallops or roasted poultry in a cream sauce.
