Grown in a single vineyard planted on grey marl and limestone soils, this Savagnin is crafted in the topped-up style so it ages cleanly without developing an oxidative yeast veil. An extended 18-month maturation gives the wine plenty of depth while preserving all the natural tension and driving acidity of the terroir.

It kicks off with a touch of flinty reduction before opening up into fresh apple, citrus, and nectarine, complemented by a hint of nuttiness and restrained spice. The palate is lively, structured, and persistent, carrying through to a spine-tingling saline finish that lingers on for ages.
