Raphaël Saint-Cyr is a fourth-generation winemaker with a mission. After seeing the impact of traditional chemicals on his family, he converted this 23-hectare estate to organic farming, making it one of the largest of its kind in Beaujolais. Located in Anse, at the region's southern edge, the vines are treated with a focus on health and sustainability.

This isn’t your average, sugary rosé; it’s a biodynamic, bone-dry expression of the Gamay grape. After a direct pressing, the juice is fermented with indigenous yeasts and undergoes full malolactic fermentation—a process that adds a smooth, rounded edge to its vibrant character. Aged for four months in stainless steel to keep things crisp, it’s packed with juicy notes of wild strawberry, watermelon, and a distinct hit of orange zest. With a salty, mineral finish, it’s the ultimate partner for a sunny picnic or a casual barbecue.
