Named after the small creek that meanders through Raphaël Saint-Cyr’s vineyards, La Galoche is the ultimate crowd-pleaser red. Raphaël is a fourth-generation winemaker who took a bold stand by converting his entire 23-hectare estate to organic farming, which was a massive achievement for the region. This particular cuvée comes from 25-year-old Gamay vines planted on a mix of clay and limestone, giving the wine a solid foundation.

To keep things bright and joyful, the fruit undergoes a week of cold carbonic fermentation. This is a technique that locks in those fresh, crunchy fruit flavours. After six months of resting in concrete tanks, the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve its natural energy.
