Named for the vineyard with the "beautiful view," this cuvée is a tribute to the estate’s history. It is crafted from a single parcel of old Gamay vines planted by Raphaël’s grandfather back in the 1950s. Growing on the unique limestone soils of Anse, these heritage vines produce a red with a distinct mineral edge and a structure that sets it apart from your average Beaujolais.

The winemaking is all about preserving that historic fruit. After two weeks of semi-carbonic fermentation, the wine is aged for six months in cement tanks to keep the profile crisp and bright. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, it is a light and joyful red bursting with notes of tart cherry and redcurrant. Its lively acidity and gentle tannins make it an ideal starter for a dinner party, especially when served alongside light appetisers and good company.
