Enderle & Moll is a small producer consisting of two friends, a tiny cellar, and a few hectares of old vines. They use no insecticides or pesticides, and their intervention with the wine is minimal. Most importantly their Pinot Noir's are some of the best to be found in Germany. This one is their entry-level Pinot Noir, made from their youngest vines,  and an amuse-bouche of what the pair are capable of doing. A departure from a classic Pinot, this one is light with vibrant acidity, with notes of sour cherry, hints of earthiness and bounds of red fruit. We like it best served with a light chill!
