Skin contact Pinot Grigio hailing from Trentino in Italy, this delicately aromatic wine spends eight months ageing on its skins in Spanish amphorae, or tinajas. A collaborative wine with Marco Devigili, a fellow biodynamic winemaker based in Campo Rotaliano, Fuoripista aims to express the true essence of Pinot Grigio, a grape that has become widespread and commonplace within Trentino.  Chock-full of red fruits, melon and a herbaceous edge the wine is complemented by a luscious texture in the glass.
