Glow Glow Riesling comes from the Baumbergers' low-yield vines planted on red sandstone and yellow sandy soils, pressed directly, then moved to old barrels for fermentation and ageing. This vintage leans into Riesling's more savoury side with slightly smoky, resin-like notes that add real character alongside that electric lime-like acidity on the finish. There's a decent amount of natural spritz that lifts everything up, making it wonderfully easy-drinking despite its serious underlying structure. It's concentrated and focused rather than playful, with just the right amount of citrus fruit peeking through – a Riesling that shows how expressive the variety can be!
