This Syrah from the Saint-Joseph region is all about balancing bold power with serious elegance. To keep the fruit flavours as pure as possible, the grapes undergo a gentle whole-bunch crushing followed by two weeks of manual hand punch-downs. The wine is then aged in clay amphorae, which helps to develop its texture and adds a subtle earthy quality while locking in the natural freshness of the terroir.

In the glass, it is a rich and refined red packed with deep notes of blackberries, plums, black pepper, and a savoury hint of smoked meat. Thanks to that careful, soft extraction, the tannins are silky smooth rather than heavy. With its bright acidity and a long, polished finish, this bottle perfectly proves that a wine can be both muscular and incredibly graceful.
