Les Oeillets is a bold take on the Jacquère grape, offering more power and grip than your typical Alpine white. Jean-Yves uses organic fruit and keeps the skins in contact with the juice for a full month, regularly punching them down to extract extra spice and texture. Because 2023 was a warmer vintage, this bottle is bursting with ripe fruit.

The finish is particularly interesting, featuring rich notes that lean towards oolong tea. Like all of Péron’s work, the grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in whole bunches with no added sulphites. It is a structured, complex wine that balances a firm tannic hold with deep, savoury flavours.
