Homok is part of Maria and Alexander Koppitsch's "Fun Wine" collection. All of the Fun Wines are easy to drink and full of energy, focusing on the soils in which the grapes are cultivated. The grapes for Homok, which is Hungarian for "sand", were grown on flat, dry, windy, and sandy plots of land, which contributed to the grapes' powerful aromas. Homok is a cloudy, refreshing, and tropical wine with a citrus kick.
