Maria and Alex Koppitsch's rose, named Rozsa after the Hungarian word for pink, is a member of their fun series of wines, created to emphasise the many soil types found in Burgenland. Rozsa is truly a labour of love, just like all of their wines, with all the grapes being processed in their garden. After being whole-bunch-pressed, all of the grapes co-ferment without any additives or temperature control. Rozsa is very drinkable (some might call it glou-glou), and it has a pink lemonade-like flavour. This bottle will perfectly complement any summertime gathering thanks to its cherry, strawberry, and lychee notes.
