The result is a crystalline and lively wine that perfectly balances a substantial, serious structure with a charming, immediate drinkability.

On the nose, it offers a journey through white fruits and delicate floral notes, underpinned by hints of toasted cereal and a distinctive mineral touch. The palate is precise and taut, featuring a subtle richness from bottle ageing that complements its bright, mineral core.
