Les Errances La Baignade 2023 is a pristine, refreshing Chenin Blanc from the Loire Valley, crafted by Warren and Maïté Perrocheau with their signature low intervention approach. This wine opens with an elegant nose of fresh citrus, green apple, and delicate elderflower aromas. The palate is wonderfully crisp and precise, showing vibrant mineral notes that lead to a distinctive salty finish. The winemaking is beautifully straightforward: grapes are direct pressed into stainless steel and concrete tanks, where they ferment and age for 7 months before being bottled without fining, filtration, or sulfur additions. True to its name ("The Bath" in French), La Baignade is the perfect companion for cooling down on warm days, offering both simplicity and sophistication in each glass.
